Booking Terms & Conditions:
1. A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.
2. Deposits are required 48hrs after booking. If the deposit is not received in this time period, all bookings will be cancelled
3. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
4. No persons other than those mentioned in, and quoted for, the booking are permitted to stay on the premesis. In the event that additional accommodation is required, these people/s will either be accommodated in the same room, if possible, or, in the event another room is available, they will be accommodated there. Both of these will obviously incure additional costs.
5. Payment methods: cash, credit card (visa/mastercard only) and internet transfers at present. No cheques
6. Check-in time is after 14h00 and before 19h00. For check-ins after 19h00, this must be done by prior arrangement. Check-out is before 10h00.
